Abuja and its high rate of proffessional robbers

Imagine at broad day light in front of UBA in wuse 2 a car parked directly in front of the entrance gate had its side glass broken by robbers and made away with almost a million naira.
the question that comes to my mind is what abuja is turning to and when all this will stop, my neighbor's car was also stolen at about 3am.. some unknown men came to  his house because it didn't have a gate and half fenced and drove away his white toyota camry.
